Change status of completed goal?

Hello,

An employee has come to us asking if we can reverse the status of a goal they accidentally updated to status 100% - completed. It's greyed out and won't allow anything else to be added to it or change the status back. I've been looking in the Manage Goals etc but can't find a way to change the status - does anyone know how?
