When manager clicked on ‘Request More Info’ from leave request mail / notification the requester didn’t get any notification on the comments.

Hi All,

 

Here is the scenario-

Manager clicked on ‘Request More Info’ and put comments and sent that email. Manager tried approving today on the old email (Approval mail) but got the a error message "Your response to this notification was not processed. Retry sending email later. You can also login to worklist application to act on pending tasks".

Our Observation: The requester didn’t get any notification or alert about the manager comments. Not sure why?  We checked email ID configured correctly.
