How do users utilize the Mangage Action Items process?Content
I am working with our Benefit Admins to help close out action items. I've noticed that employees who have DOB and SSN entered but when I query using Action Items where due date is null they are still showing up. We typically hear from our vendors if this information is truly missing but it's also confusing to our employees when the information is there but it's still saying the action item is open.
Should we be running this process periodically to close our action items that have the correct information?
