Carryover expiration is limiting to 365 days only for any duration more than 1year. We have the plan expiration is after 3 years but it is expiring every year.

Carryover expiration is limiting to 365 days only for any duration more than 1year. We have the plan expiration is after 3 years but it is expiring every year. This looks to be a bug and this will create confusion. As per the policy it should expire after 3 years but it is expiring after 1 year.
