I've noticed from our past performance documents that when competencies are listed in the section, they are alphabetical.   We've always entered them alphabetically in the template section, so I wasn't sure if it was because of that, or just how the document displays them.  This year we are changing the competencies we display and we want them in a specific order, which is not alpha.  However even though I entered them into the desired order in the template section (red-circled below), the document is still showing them in alpha order (yellow highlighting).  Does anyone know if there is a way
