Update Review Period for Performance Docs

We were using Review Periods incorrectly.  We wanted to realign our performance documents to year they were performed.  Prior to our 19A upgrade you could update the Review Periods within the Manage Performance Template - now it is greyed out and you cannot change it.  

Is there a way to update this?
