Hello,

 

When selecting Me>Career & Performance >Request Feedback, My feedback requests that I submit don't seem to save anywhere (even on the other users end)

 

I have created a feedback template through Performance>Task>Manage Feedback Template  and I have aligned it to a questionnaire
