Remove Cancelled Goal from Performance Document

Hi,
Employee has cancelled a goal and added a new goal after the Performance document is created. When the goal is refreshed in PD, new goal appears in the PD and the old goal state is cancelled. However, the employee is not able to submit the PD as the total weightage exceeds 100%(which includes the weightage of cancelled goal)

We tried the following approach:
- Change the weightage of cancelled goal to 0% : This is not reflected in the PD after the goal is refreshed. Changing the weightage works for active goal but not cancelled goals.
- Delete Goal: HR Admin is unable to delete the cancelled goal, as the goal is included in the PD.
