Retrieval of (performance) manager comments in workforce compensation sheet

Hi all,

We are implementing workforce compensation, but this process is mostly HR-driven.

In order to be able to correctly assess any ratings given through performance in the workforce compensation sheet, we would need the manager comments (for the performance template and document selected in the plan (latest period- manager submitted, so no explicit period defined) visible in the sheet.

Is there any way to retrieve these dynamically?

If this has to be done through a default and override fastformula, is there any way to do this without explicitly referring to a performance period (as the period would change each cycle)?
