Post 19B Upgrade: Issues with T&L BIP reports

Is anyone else having issues with BIP reports not returning data post 19B? The reports do not throw an error message and return data for periods prior to 19B but will not return data for anything post update. Where there's no error message being thrown we're having a very difficult time troubleshooting the reports.
