Currency Switcher not working in Manage Salary but works in Comp Worksheet

We have loaded USD to other Countries and Other Countries to USD Conversion Rates in Manage Daily Rates. Like USD - EUR, EUR - USD, USD - SGD, SGD - USD

When trying to convert Euro to SGD, conversion do not happen in Manage Salary BUT same conversion happening in Compensation Worksheet. ( with same setup)

 

We have Conversion Rate Loaded as below for example:
USD --> MXN
MXN--> USD
USD--> EUR
EUR --> USD

So we are expecting MXN--> EUR to be derived as below
