In the enhanced talent profile, there are now multiple/historical performance ratings which is great.  Yet it also displays both performance ratings and overall competency ratings in the same field.  For example, let's say an employee completes two different performance documents - one which updates his performance rating (in this case labeled 'results') and a second which updates his overall competency rating (from the competency section of the performance document, labeled 'OCR competencies').  Both appear on the talent profile under performance rating, yet when a new talent review is created, both are pulled into the correct fields.  It would make more
