worksheet plan - exclude own record

Hello,

We have a security constraint regarding a workforce compensation campaign that includes also HRs.
When an HR admin acts as proxy for his manager he will be able to see and do proposols for himself in the worksheet: salary, bonus::LTI
There is a way to exclude his own data from the plan when he acts on behalf of his manager?

Let me know if someone had faced this before.
