Unable to add a check-in document from quick actions

Summary

When using the quick action provided, we are unable de create a check-in document. The access is denied.

When using the quick action provided on, we are unable de create a check-in document : The access is denied.

Though, when we access the check-in through directory > Performance, we are able to access check-in, create and complete it.

Is there any way to allow this quick-action.
