Can we Upload Goals Actual Value using HDL in Oracle Fusion Goal Management

Hello Experts , 

 

We are planning to fetch the Actual Achieved value of a Goal from an External system and the requirement is that we should be able to feed those values in Oracle Goal management against respective Goal using HDL? Can we acheive this
