We need to have below details for the Assignment and Salary transactions. 

1. Transaction Last Updated By 
2. Transaction Last Updated date 
3. Transaction Approver 1 = Who has approved the transaction in the 1st Level? 
4. Transaction Approver 2 = Who has approved the transaction in the 2nd Level? 
5. Transaction Initiator = Who has submitted the transaction? 
6. Transaction Auto Approved = Is this auto approved or by Approvers?
