Collections work bench assign a collector

Assigning a collector in the collections workbench only updates 1 site

We frequently need to change which collectors are assigned to which customers and we have been using the collections workbench to do it.

Unfortunately if the customer has multiple sites it only changes the collector for the first site not all of them.

Oracle solution on the SR is to bulk change them using FBDI or a rest API  which would be fine but there is a long standing bug that if you update from the manage customer screen it removes Invoice Delivery Method preference from Customer Profile.
