After the upgrade to 19b,  time cards that are reassigned to delegates and then approve by them, won't update status to "Approved". They will stay in "Submitted" Status. This generates a huge disruption in our organization misleading managers and payroll. 

I open an SR with Oracle 1 month ago, it's been escalated several times and has been in Severity 1 for more than 2 weeks and we haven't had any improvements since then. 

Has anyone experienced the same issue with time cards approved by delegates since the upgrade to 19b?
