I am looking for some clarity on how Matrix Managers work within Performance Management.
The client requirement is below:
Employee does their evaluation -> shares with Matrix Manager (if there is no Matrix manager then that should be the Line Manager) -> Matrix manager add comments -> Shares with Line Manager -> Line Manager reviews -> Completes performance review.
I am not sure this is possible. I know that you can have a matrix manager do the review but not sure if you can have both and I can’t find a documentation that indicates you can.
Any guidance or pointers would be much appreciated.
