Restricting Update on a half day sickness absence

When a half day absence is selected, I want to grey out all other fields if possible

Hi,

I want to check if any new functionality is available to assist with changes required on the 'Sickness' absence screen.

The requirement is to grey out the end date when a half day absence is selected 9or any other work around where the user would be unable to add an ongoing half day absence).
