Performance feedback section is not visible in 19C

Hi All,

We have enabled the NUX  while going to the Me>Career and performance we are not able to see. I beleive we have to enable the HRA_REQUEST_FEEDBACK_ENABLED but this is already enabled in the system. 

Please see the attached screenshot.
