Notification for self eval should only go to Employee not manager

We currently have the notification to send a reminder that the Self evaluation is due in 30 days and that reminder repeats everyday until it hits the due date.Content
How do we set this notification so that it only goes to the employee and not the manager for the self evaluation task? Currently it is going to both and we don't want the manager to get these notifications daily. Under notifications this is set on the Standard Alert Due date has been reached for a task and the description indicates that Manager, Worker or both receive the notification. How do you set it so it is only the Worker who receives it? And this will also impact the notification for the performance document due date as well, correct?
