Eligibility Profile for Work Schedule

Hi team, 

We want to create an eligibility profile to assign work schedule to employees. We don't want to use assignment or department as there are employees that may not have the same schedule. Can I use this attached functionality, where do we define the eligibility and how to run the process? Thank you!
