Hello,

We have a lot of case when people wants to have date in the compensation plan, and using text columns for that does not fit all the requirement because, for example, we have people in New Zealand who want a date formatted in a way, and in France formatted in another way.

Since we have people from all around the world, we want to use the date columns (which should use the date format in the user preference) in the compensation worksheet.

I made a fast formula that returns a date, and tried to put it in a date column of compensation component 1 but it went wrong : see attached screenshot.
