Our HR wants to capture the Potential Rating that will be given to the Employee by the Manager even before the Performance Document is Started. A Potential Rating needs to be given by the Manager for all of his direct reports at the start of the Performance Cycle and this rating needs to be compared for the Final Overall Rating that was given at the time of Performance Evaluation.

What are the best ways to capture this data and report on that? Can this be possible within Performance Module? Can we achieve within one single document?
