Need to know how the overall score is calculating in the system.(The formula used to calculate the overall rating score)

There is a requirement to calculate the overall score based on a fast formula. The Rating Calculation for Goals and Competencies section will be the Simple Average Method. The individual items are weighted and the sections are also weighted. The weightage of the two sections: 20% for the Competencies section and 80% for Goals section. We need to get the Overall Rating Score based on a fast formula.If someone having can you share the formula used in the system because that would be useful when building the formula.
