Salary Adjustment Rounding Issue

Comp Component Amount field within Workforce Compensation plan started rounding itself this week

We have been testing our merit increase compensation process for year end - we have set up a Merit Increase (component 1 : % and amount) and Market Adjustment Increase (component 2 : amount only), and all was working correctly until yesterday.  Now when we enter a  market adjustment increase amount, it automatically rounds it down by approx $2 - $3, regardless of what is entered. There are no rounding rules on any of the fields.   Screen shot attached.  Any chance anyone else is experiencing this?  We're trying to determine if it's a system bug or the way we have the process configured. Thanks in advance for your help!
