Updating Performance Rating in Calibration Not Working

Hi,

I followed the White Paper to setup the performance calibration in the Compensation Module.  when i try and click on the performance rating field to update it, the option is not there.  it is hard coded and will not allow me to update.  What setting could I have wrong that is stopping this from happening? I made sure the field itself is enabled and have also messed with the rules on the field to allow certain roles to override. I do have the compensation performance rating option enabled for now but have tried disabling it.  We are using the star
