Expand All is no longer available on the Approvals page in Comp module

I was able to expand the list of planners to show all on the Approvals page in a comp plan.  Expand All and Collapse All options are no longer available in the View menu on the Approvals page. Export to Excel also seems to be missing...  am I missing something? Is this a new design or a bug?
