Last month in one of our test environments, I added goals contextual notes, and after testing them, we've decided to use them.  That environment was refreshed a couple of weeks ago, and now I'm redoing all my configuration in a different pod.  But now that I'm trying to add contextual notes (again following Surlina's instructions that she posted a few weeks ago, and which I've attached), I can't.  The Notes component isn't showing at all (see screenshot of what components I do see).  I don't know if the September patch bundle has changed something, but I'm feeling a little desperate, as we
