Hi All,

We are facing duplicate goals when we assign goal plans for existing Employees in Goal Plan. The issue can be replicated as below.

  • Goal Plan is created with 5 goals and an Eligibility Profile is created and assigned at the Goal Plan level.
  • HR assigns the Goal Plan for Employees 
  • Employees are able to view the Goal Plan but there are only 4 goals in the Goal Management page.
  • The Goal Plan is published again to accommodate the Employees who have recently become eligible for the goal plan.
  • Upon publishing, the Employees are able to see the copies of the existing 4 goals and the remaining 1 goal gets published during the second time.Totally the Employees are able to view 9 goals.
