Resolved: When processing a life event 'Death of Dependent' employee cannot elect Vision options

Hi -

I processed a life event 'Death of Dependent', in this case it was the spouse.  Employee has the option to select the 'employee + child(ren)' option for medical and dental plans, however, vision shows only 'employee + family' which is selected and grayed out.  There are no other options available for the employee to choose from.

Would appreciate some guidance on configuration or what I should review first to troubleshoot.

EDIT: This has been resolved.  Related to configuration of life event for Vision plan.
