Fast Formula to retrieve the current Impact of Loss of an employee

Hi all,

The current value of the standard Employee Metric Impact of Loss is not part of the standard values we can select to show on a compensation plan (we can do it for Risk of Loss only).

Does anyone have a working formula that will retrieve the current value of Impact of Loss ?

Please share. Thank you.

PS : I joined the FF I wrote. It isn't working yet. I think I should precise which rating model (maybe something like Rating Model ID1 or Rating Model ID2) is used.
