Can HDL be used to delete Anytime Feedback?

I know that there is an enhancement that will be delivered in the future that will allow HR Specialists to delete Anytime Feedback, despite the visibility option (see idea # da37a9131d). Until that new functionality is delivered, we're needing to understand if there is another administrative option that we can use to delete anytime feedback, if it's deemed inappropriate. Can anyone tell me if HDL can be used to delete anytime feedback? We're just trying to get all our ducks in a row before we start using anytime feedback, and we expect to get some questions from our employee relations and legal departments about that capability
