Hello All, We changed the eligibility of absence plan to exclude a particular business unit.and then ran the process to update enrollment.also ran the process withdraw accrual and balances. After that when we are checking the absence record for these employees it is showing as inactive with balance 0. Just wanted to understand what can be the issue and what are the steps that we should follow once we change the eligibility for any absence plan. Thanks, Richa
