Writing two value to database by using one flexfield

I want to use one flextfield and save two information to database about this flexfield

Hi Everyone,

I faced new case and i need to tell you. Because i cannot find any solution so urgently help

> Step One :

I use one sql flextfield name is Project from Project Module in Absence. I can see and select value and description coming from Project Module. 

In this way, I can write project value in Database.

> Step Two

Approval notification must go Project Manager of this absence. So, I changed sql query of flexfield. I can save manager username in a database column but
