Need to stop the manager edits to Performance Document during calibration

Content

Because we need a hold period to do the calibration after managers submit the performance document with the ratings and before the performance document is shared with the employee, we have input a approval step between. We didn't want the managers to be able to go in and update the ratings during calibration and wanted to have control of all the documents.

Performance Document Process Flow:

• Employee Self-Evaluation
• Manager Evaluation
• First Approval (Set up the Approval Flow to Approve by User (HR admin)) --> Calibration happens
• Share Performance Document
