Using Goal Measurement in new UI

Summary

We are switching to the new UI in goals and performance, but the measurement and task sections are not appearing on the goals page.

Content

We have enabled measurement in profiles and set up the guided workflow, but the measurement field does not appear anywhere.  What am I missing?
