Performance Template Section type "Profile Content" is not displaying profile types

Hi All,

While we setup Performance Template Sections of type content type we have provision to select Section Content, where we can pull employees competencies from his job profile. Basically we get below three options (Job, Position, Organization) as shown in the image.

unfortunately, I am not getting any of these options, is these any setup, which enables this option?
