How to make completion percentage as a Key attribute

Hello,

We activated the approval for the goal edition, but the approval works only for the key attribute. Completion percentage isn't a key attribute so when employees edit it in the goal section, it's automaticly updated in the performance document without any approval or any notification.

Does anyone knows if we can tag the 'Completion percentage' as a Key attribute ?
