In performance and goal management, the review period farthest in the future is displayed by default. Is it possible to change this so the current review period is displayed by default?

Hi Everyone,

As a part of our performance process, we have employees enter their goals for next year's review period in goal management while completing their current performance evaluation. As a result of this process, we must have two review periods active at once: one for this year, and one for the next. This has worked fine, expect that whenever a user goes into the performance or goal management modules, the default review period is always the one for next year.
