There does not seem to be default functionality for calculating annual leave entitlement for a part working year. We require a pro rata or proportioning calculation to apply to the holiday entitlement of those who join us or leave us part way through the holiday year. We are advised that we require a custom workaround for this and this was configured with the formula we use currently (in a spreadsheet). Configured in Oracle HCM, this doesn't seem to be providing a correct calculation and the variance is too significant to ignore.
