Salary Change and FSA's

Summary

Our salary change life event is not calculating FSA communicated amount

Content

Currently, when an employee has a salary change, we have a life event that automatically processes.  It seems to work for all our plans fine with the exception of FSA.  The communicated amount is zero if the employee has a coverage amount previously.  Can anyone provide their configuration for this type of life event if it is working correctly?
