Balance to be carry forward as 0 to next year

Hi, 

 

My requirement is to transfer 0 balance to next year even irrespective if the balance that employee ha sin current year (or as on 31st Dec).

I can't set the carryover limit to 0 as positive balance will become 0 in next year but negative balance is getting transferred as it is to next year.

Is there any way that any type of balance (positive or negative) in current year be transferred as 0 in next year.
