We have a robust Mentor/Mentee program, and just feel like we do not know if Oracle could handle the program.  We think we could create a few user defined field and track, but we want our Mentors to be reminded monthly to visit with their mentee.  Has anyone built a mentor/mentee program using DFFs, Check in Documents, and Checklists?
