Compensation plan not available for line and compensation manager

Hello experts,

I have sucessfully launched a compensation plan.

However, after this process is finished and accessing as compensation administrator, I cannot see the plan under workforce compensation. On the other hand, if I go to Administer Workers I can see that the compensation administrator is eligible for the plan. Moreover, if I act as proxy manager and type a line manager name I can see the name but no link is displayed.

What does it depends on?
