Hi Experts,

We have one requirement in the Absence Management system. We have developed a Casual leave plan in our system, it is a front Loaded and Prorate basis employee will get the balances. If any Employee joined mid of the any month or mid of the Year employee will get the Absence accruals on Proration basis. In this particular plan, we allow the employee take Half day or full day.

For Example : Employee "A" joined in the organization  Mid of the month he get the Accrual balance as a 4.57 days 
Here employee is allow to  apply the 4 days and Half day as 0.5 but here employee missing 0.07days.
