Hello,

The absence notification for managers 'FYI' that is controlled by the profile - 'FYI Notifications Expiration Period' is not being sent to managers .
The profile is set to 7 at site level - see screenshots attached .

what could be the reason ? could it be privilege's ? or is there any additional setup required ?

is it related to the 'Reminder' notifications under the BPM ?
(managers do receive FYI - for example the FYi on performance just not the absence ones ).
