I have created my Check-in Template with a section on General Discussion Topics.  In testing it out, users can add a General Discussion topic, but they are not able to add notes to this topic.  However, when I test it out as if I am initiating a check-in document, I can add notes to the General Discussion area.Is this because I am an administrator?  Has anyone else run into this issue?
