Hi,

I am setting up a compensation plan and want to pull in a few fields from Core HR side that is not listed already and display them as a field.  They would be the Grade ladder and step fields.  Additionally if possible, i would want to pull in the corresponding hourly rate from the grade ladder that is assigned to the combo of grade ladder and step.  How would i go about doing this? Any help is appreciated.  Thanks
